Bulldozer Drive Against Encroachments In UP’s Sambhal

Sub-divisional officer Santosh Tripathi reported that the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Department and police demolished illegal encroachments in Sambhal. Some residents had encroached so far that electricity poles were inside their homes. He added that some were involved in electricity theft using old, discontinued meters. Action was taken to remove encroachments during bulldozer operation.
