“Mowgli,” which was released on Dec 13, is moving quickly to OTT, streaming on ETV Win from January 1, just 20 days after its theatrical release. Despite expectations for Roshan, debutant Sakshi Madolkar, and director Sandeep Raj, negative reviews and competition from “Akhanda 2” led to an okayish box office film, marking another setback for People Media Factory.
