A person who made threatening calls to Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s office has been arrested. Nooka Mallikarjun Rao, from Tiruvuru, called from near Indira Gandhi Stadium and sent objectionable messages. Authorities suspect he may be mentally unstable and intoxicated during the calls. He is being questioned, and police are investigating the motives and possible involvement of others.
