Telangana To Launch Mahalakshmi Smart Cards From June

Telangana will fully launch Mahalakshmi Smart Cards on June 2. Initially, 500,000 white ration card holders will receive these cards. Citizens can obtain the card for ₹50 at Mee-Seva or bus pass centers. Those who do not have the card can temporarily use their Aadhaar for identification while traveling. This initiative aims to simplify subsidy access.
