Centre Approves Subsidized Helicopter Services For Mendhar-Poonch-Jammu

Centre has approved subsidized helicopter services connecting Mendhar to Poonch and Jammu, responding to locals’ demand. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) authorized the service after a survey showed significant demand. Helicopter routes are already operational in various parts of Jammu and Kashmir, providing affordable travel and emergency evacuation, says Aijaz Asad.
