Kerala CEO Says Voter Turnout Likely To Hit 90%

Kerala CEO Rathan U Kelkar said today that current voting trends indicate a 90% turnout is achievable. Turnout rose steadily from 16.23% at 9 AM to 49.7% by 1 PM across 30,000+ polling stations. Voting is peaceful, aided by the Special Intensive Revision of rolls. Minor EVM issues delayed two booths and halwa was offered to first-time voters.
