A Russian general, Lt. Gen. Fanil Sarvarov, was killed when a bomb exploded under his car in Moscow. Investigators suspect Ukraine’s involvement. This marks the third senior Russian officer killed in a year, following similar attacks on generals Igor Kirillov and Yaroslav Moskalik. Sarvarov had previously served in Chechnya and Syria.
