Arvind KC Takes Charge As OpenAI Chief People Officer

OpenAI has appointed Indian-origin executive Arvind KC as Chief People Officer to lead hiring, talent strategy and workforce development amid rising AI competition. Reporting to Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon, KC previously held senior roles at Roblox, Google, Palantir and Meta. He will help scale operations while preserving OpenAI’s culture.
