Delhi Court Acquits Man And Family In Suicide Case

A Delhi court acquitted a man and his family in the suicide case of his wife, allegedly due to dowry demands. The court, led by Additional Sessions Judge Vishal Pahuja, ruled that there was no presumption that every suicide by a married woman resulted from harassment. The prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence, leading to the acquittal.
