President Honours Shubhanshu Shukla With Ashoka Chakra

President Murmu conferred India’s highest peacetime gallantry award, the Ashoka Chakra, to Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, the first Indian to step on the International Space Station. The award was presented during Republic Day celebrations at Kartavya Path, Delhi, recognizing his historic achievement and outstanding contribution to India’s space endeavors.
