Increased Security At Sambhal’s Shahi Jama Masjid Before Friday Prayers

Security around Shahi Jama Masjid in Sambhal, UP, has been heightened ahead of Friday prayers, with Rapid Action Force (RAF) and drones deployed to maintain order. This follows a violent incident during an Archaeological Survey of India’s inspection on Nov 24, which resulted in five deaths and multiple injuries. A Judicial Inquiry Commission has been set up to investigate the clashes.
