AP Plans Social Media Restrictions For School Children

Andhra Pradesh plans a law to restrict school students from using social media. A Cabinet sub-committee is studying measures from other states and age-appropriate access rules. So far, 1,384 cases of hateful content led to 1,067 arrests. The government aims to make social media safer for children and women and curb false propaganda.
