Trump has appointed two Indian-Americans as special assistants. Ricky Gill will handle South and Central Asian affairs at the National Security Council, while Saurabh Sharma joins the Presidential Personnel office. Gill has previously worked with the NSC and State Department, while Sharma co-founded the conservative group American Moment.
