Andhra Pradesh launched its first container hospital in Parvathipuram Manyam district’s Karadavalasa panchayat to improve healthcare access for tribal residents. The facility, built from shipping containers, will serve over 2,000 people, offering essential services and medical tests. Staffed by a doctor and health workers, it will be a pilot project with plans for additional units based on feedback.
