DGTR Recommends Anti-Dumping Duty On PVC Resin Imports From 7 Countries

Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has recommended an anti-dumping duty of up to USD 339 per tonne on PVC resin imports from seven countries, including China, the US, and Korea. In its preliminary findings, the DGTR concluded that ‘PVC suspension resins’ were being exported to India below the normal value, resulting in dumping and harming domestic producers.
