Ten Arrested In Karnataka Engineering Seat-Blocking Scam

Ten individuals, including a staff member from the Karnataka Examinations Authority, were arrested in connection with a seat-blocking scam during the 2024-2025 undergraduate engineering admissions. The scam, involving manipulation of seat allocations under the government quota, led to an investigation after KEA officials filed a complaint on Nov 13.
