Mahua Moitra Targets DY Chandrachud In Lok Sabha

TMC MP Mahua Moitra accused the BJP-led govt of bleeding the Constitution and eroding democracy over the last decade. In a Lok Sabha debate, she criticized the judiciary, specifically ex-CJI DY Chandrachud, for allegedly compromising judicial independence. She also criticized Chandrachud for hosting PM Modi during Ganapati festivities, questioning the influence of personal conversations.
