Platform ticket sales at Delhi railway stations, including New Delhi and Anand Vihar, will be haleted until Nov 6 due to anticipated heavy traffic for Diwali and Chhath Puja. This follows a stampede in Mumbai. Special crowd management measures will be in place until Nov 7, with designated holding areas and enhanced passenger services. Passengers are advised to arrive at least an hour early for their trains.
