A blaze erupted at the 18-story Chandiwala Pearl Regency in Andheri, Maharashtra, originating from an electric duct on the first floor. The fire rapidly traveled through the duct up to the 10th floor, generating dense smoke. Emergency teams quickly brought the situation under control, with no casualties reported and further damage averted.
