CJI Sanjiv Khanna-Led SC Bench To Hear EVM Verification Plea

A Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna will hear a plea by ex-Haryana minister Karan Singh Dalal seeking a policy for EVM verification on Friday. Justices Dipankar Datta and Manmohan referred the matter to the CJI, citing its similarity with other pending petitions.
