After laying off 15,000 employees, Microsoft now wants staff to work from the office at least three days a week. Starting February 2026, workers near the Redmond office must follow the rule. Employees will get time to adjust. India’s plan is not announced yet, but a global rollout, including India, may happen in 2026.
