Taiwan Spots 5 PLA Jets, 5 PLAN Ships Near Territory

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense reported detecting 5 PLA aircraft sorties and 5 PLAN vessels near its territory, with 3 sorties crossing the median line into the southwestern ADIZ. The MND has monitored and responded. China regards Taiwan as part of its territory, pursuing reunification under “one country, two systems,” citing it as a historic mission.
