UGC Mandates Special Committees For SC, ST, OBC Students

As per new guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission, every educational institution must form special committees to address complaints of harassment or discrimination from SC, ST, and OBC students. Institutions that fail to comply may face heavy fines and loss of grants. Some general category students are opposing these rules nationwide.
