Typhoon Bualoi has killed 19 people in Vietnam, with 21 missing, causing widespread flooding and landslides. Over 100,000 homes were damaged, 88 injured, and 10,000 hectares of crops submerged. Heavy rains, strong winds, and lightning continue, especially in northern regions, including Hanoi, leaving villages cut off with no power or traffic.
