PM Modi urged voters in Bihar to participate enthusiastically in the 1st phase of Assembly elections. In a post on X, he encouraged people, especially youth and 1st-time voters, to vote in large numbers. Calling it the “festival of democracy,” he reminded citizens to prioritize voting with his message: “First voting, then refreshments” (pehle matadan, phir jalpan).
