Today, 8 women died and several others were injured in a tragic stampede at the Sheetla Temple in Bihar’s Nalanda district. It occurred during a large number of devotees gathered at the temple for special worship, and it led to a stampede. Rescue operations are still underway, and more details are yet to be known.
