Karnataka Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar called the Delhi Police notice in the National Herald case “shocking,” saying he and his brother had already given full details to the ED. Alleging political harassment of Congress leaders, he insisted the funds were legal donations to party institutions. Shivakumar said he will study the notice and fight it legally in court.
