Malayalam rapper Hirandas Murali, known as Vedan, was arrested by Thrikkakara police in Kochi after two days of questioning over a rape complaint filed by a woman doctor. A police officer confirmed he will be released on bail following arrest formalities, as he had already secured anticipatory bail from the Kerala High Court.
