Central Govt Releases ₹5,858.60 Crore For Flood Relief In Affected States

The central government has released ₹5,858.60 crore in funds for flood-affected areas across the country. Central teams have visited the flood-affected regions in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Mizoram, Kerala, Tripura, Nagaland, Gujarat, and Manipur. Maharashtra has been sanctioned ₹1,492 crore, Andhra Pradesh ₹1,036 crore, and Telangana ₹416 crore.
