1.5 Tonnes Of Waste Cleared In Badrinath Post-Yatra Cleanup

Badrinath Nagar Panchayat cleared 1.5 tonnes of waste in a post-yatra cleanup, restoring the shrine ahead of its winter closure. A team of 50 ‘Paryavaran Mitra’ focused on key areas like Brahm Kapal, Tapt Kund, and Mana village. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami praised the initiative, emphasizing sustainable waste management after 110 tonnes of inorganic waste were collected during the season.
