Delhi HC Reserves Verdict On Puja Khedkar’s Pre-Arrest Bail Plea

The Delhi High Court on Thursday reserved its order on Puja Khedkar’s anticipatory bail plea, who is accused of cheating and wrongfully availing OBC and disability quota benefits in the 2022 Civil Services exam. Justice Chandra Dhari Singh extended her interim protection from arrest. The plea was opposed by Delhi Police and UPSC, with the court hearing both sides before reserving judgment.
