A GoPro Hero 12 used in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people has been traced to a China-based distributor. The NIA issued a Letter Rogatory to Beijing to trace its supply chain and end-user details. Activated in Dongguan, the camera is crucial to establishing the terrorists’ reconnaissance and operational preparation.
