The Supreme Court of India agreed to consider a plea on Tuesday against deletion of voters from electoral rolls during the Special Intensive Revision in West Bengal by the Election Commission of India. A bench of Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi heard senior advocate Maneka Guruswamy argue that several former voters’ documents were not accepted.
