Telangana: School Principal, Auto Driver Booked After Student’s Death

In Telangana’s Kamareddy district, a 14-year-old girl, Sangeetha, died after falling from an auto-rickshaw carrying benches for Republic Day celebrations at Borlam Gurukul Social Welfare Girls’ Residential School. The principal and driver were booked for negligence under BNS Section 106(1) following a complaint by her parents. 3 other students were injured.
