TGHRC Orders ₹50K Compensation After Fan Falls On Newborn

Telangana Human Rights Commission slammed grave negligence after a ceiling fan fell on a two-day-old newborn at Adilabad PHC on June 22, 2024. The baby and mother Payal Jadhav were injured. TGHRC ordered ₹50,000 compensation to the mother and directed the state government to submit compliance report within two months.
