A special NIA court sentenced 3 Bangladeshi nationals to 5-years in prison for illegally entering India, possessing fake documents, and aiding terror outfits. The accused, involved with Al-Qaida-linked ABT, were also fined ₹2,000 each. The conviction followed a 2018 FIR by Pune Police regarding illegal activities and support for terror groups, leading to the sentencing of all five individuals.
