Police Fire Tear Gas On Protesting Farmers

Haryana Police fired tear gas shells at farmers camping at Shambhu border near Haryana’s Ambala. This comes as the farmers resumed their protest and broke barricades while trying to march towards Delhi. One farmer was detained during the protest. Central government said they were open to holding talks with them. Farmers are mainly seeking a legal guarantee for MSP for crops.
