PNG Users Barred From Retaining Subsidized LPG

The Indian government has barred households with piped natural gas (PNG) connections from retaining or obtaining subsidized domestic LPG connections. The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas amended regulations, making LPG connections unavailable to PNG users and requiring existing LPG holders to surrender their cylinders.
