Maharashtra Plans Modern Jetty At Gateway Of India

The Maharashtra government plans to develop a modern jetty at the Gateway of India to better handle the heavy tourist footfall, said Ports Development Minister Nitesh Rane. The state has also approached the center regarding permissions, safety measures, and the tariff structure for Jetty No. 5 at the iconic south Mumbai waterfront.
