PM Narendra Modi will visit Uttarakhand today to assess flood devastation caused by monsoon rains. Arriving in Dehradun, he will conduct an aerial survey at 4:15 p.m. and chair a high-level review at 5 PM. Relief efforts follow cloudbursts, landslides, and floods that caused over ₹5,000 crore in damage, 80 deaths, and nearly 100 missing.
