Malayalam star Tovino Thomas leads in the big-budget film “Pallichattambi”, directed by Dijo Jose Antony, with Kayadu Lohar as the female lead. Set in 1950s Kerala, the film explores humanity and social conditions. Tovino gained weight for the role, while Kayadu plays Rebecca, an intelligent character. The emotional family drama releases April 10.
