Puri Police launched the 24×7 “Puri Police Assistant” WhatsApp Chatbot for citizens and tourists, offering e-complaints, lost phone reporting, police station info, parking, and tourist assistance. Inaugurated by IG Satyajit Nayak and SP Pratya Singh, the initiative, supported by PNB ONE and Rezler Systems, aims for faster, transparent, and convenient services.
