The South Central Railway (SCR) has announced major disruptions due to Cyclone Montha and heavy rains, cancelling 137 trains and partially cancelling seven. Another 29 trains have been diverted as a precautionary step. Several trains remain stranded at various stations as officials work to restore normal operations and ensure passenger safety.
