High Court Lifts Stay On Arrest Of Gehlot’s Ex-Aide In Phone Tapping Case

The Delhi High Court has lifted the stay on the arrest of Lokesh Sharma, former OSD to Ashok Gehlot, in the phone tapping case. Sharma had earlier filed a petition to prevent arrest following an FIR by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. He has since withdrawn the petition, expressing full cooperation with the Crime Branch and confirming the submission of evidence in the case.
