The Cyber Police Station in Jammu resolved 11 cases and 1,259 cyber fraud complaints in Q1 2026, recovering around Rs 3.52 crore from fraudsters nationwide. Five suspects from different states were arrested in coordinated operations. The cases included five from the backlog, reflecting a strong and ongoing crackdown on cybercrime in the region.
