ED Plea Prompts Delhi HC To Serve Notice To Kejriwal

The Delhi High Court today issued notice to Arvind Kejriwal on an ED plea challenging his acquittal in excise policy-related PMLA cases. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma directed a fresh notice after Kejriwal failed to appear. ED argued the trial court erred, citing duly served summons. The case has been posted for further hearing on April 29.
