Court Bars Former Trump Attorney From NJ Prosecutor Post

A US appeals court struck down President Donald Trump’s attempt to bypass Senate confirmation and install former personal lawyer Alina Habba as US Attorney for New Jersey. A three-judge panel ruled unanimously that Habba had been serving unlawfully. It marks the second federal court decision in a week finding a Trump-appointed US attorney improperly installed.
