Around 125 people fell ill due to suspected food poisoning at a pre-wedding “haldi” ceremony in Kalyan town, Thane district. Guests experienced nausea and vomiting after the meal and were treated at nearby hospitals. Authorities are investigating, and the Ahmedabad-based caterer has been called for questioning. Food samples have been sent for testing.
