Delhi HC Defers DK Shivakumar’s Plea On ED Assets Probe

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar’s plea against an ED money laundering probe to January 23, 2025. The court cited part-heard cases as the reason for the delay. Shivakumar had filed the petition in 2022, challenging the ED’s investigation into allegations of disproportionate assets.
