It has been over a year and a half since Akhil Akkineni’s “Agent” was released. Following its disappointing response, he is rumored to lead a period drama produced by his father, Nagarjuna, under Annapurna Studios. Directed by Murali Kishore, the script is reportedly complete. Additionally, Akhil may collaborate with debutant director Anil Kumar under UV Creations, while fans await Agent’s OTT release.
